SEO, GEO and go-to-market for startups.
Young domains lack links, mentions and history. We clarify the buyer profile through real questions, build authority through trusted mentions and turn the website into an acquisition channel from the start.

Our clients
Insel Gruppe — Bern University HospitalThe domain is young, the ICP is unclear, and sales is the biggest hurdle.
According to the German Startup Monitor (2025), 63.5% of startups cite sales and customer acquisition as their key challenge, ahead of product development (40.9%) and raising capital (39.8%). Organic acquisition is usually postponed until later because three things are missing: a domain with trust, a clear picture of who you are writing content for, and someone to build it alongside your day-to-day business.
We solve exactly these three points as a service. We derive the ICP from real buyer questions and your first customers, build authority through the press, comparisons and specialist media from the first month and build the website so that visitors become appointments. This is the responsibility of a GTM engineer, a person with development, content, PR and design behind it. We work interdisciplinary with your people from product, marketing and sales and help build your own team that will later take over the channel.
What changes
- You know which target group is actually looking and which buyer questions you answer first.
- Your young domain will be mentioned in specialist media, comparisons and AI answers before it ranks high in Google.
- The new website delivers enquiries with a source to the CRM, and you can see which channel brings appointments every week.
What we do for Startups & scale-ups.
Derive ICP from buyer questions
We check which target group is looking for your solution and which is not: search volume, buyer questions in ChatGPT and Google, samples of your first customers. Content is created for the ICP that is searching.
Authority with a young domain
A new domain gains trust through third parties more quickly than through its own texts. That's why press, comparisons and directories start in the first month, parallel to the first pages.
Digital Press and partners
Entry in comparisons and startup directories, founder quotes in specialist media, your own small studies as a reason for reporting. We pitch, negotiate and maintain contacts.
Website as an acquisition channel
New website on Next.js: one page per use case, clear pricing logic, comparison pages, a form with source and context. Technically clean for Google and AI crawlers from day one.
SEO and GEO from the start
Content for buying questions with intent rather than reach, measured across ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude and Google. A few sites that actually answer questions beat out many thin ones.
Outbound and CRM
Until organically carried, Outbound delivers the appointments: lists from the ICP, signals, LinkedIn and telephone. The CRM shows which channel brings pipeline.
How does a startup with a young domain quickly build an organic acquisition channel?
A young domain starts without links, mentions and usage data. However, Google and AI systems base their classification on exactly who is talking about a company. According to Ahrefs (study of 75,000 brands), web mentions correlate with presence in Google AI Overviews at 0.664, while backlinks only correlate at 0.218. For a startup this means: Mentions in specialist media, comparisons and directories are quicker leverage than pure link building, and they often work in AI answers before your own pages rank.
The second problem is the ICP. Many startups have several conceivable target groups and write content for everyone. However, whether a target group can be reached organically determines whether they are looking for the solution. We check this with search volume from the Google Ads interface and with buyer questions in AI systems. The desired ICP is not looking, let's say that, and the channel for this target group is called outbound, not content.
The timing counts. B2B buyers make decisions earlier and on their own: According to Gartner (2026), 67% prefer to purchase without a salesperson, and 45% used AI in their last purchase. According to 6sense (2024), 81% already have a preferred provider upon first contact. Organic visibility builds up over months and then has a lasting effect. If you only start after the next round of financing, you will lose out on exactly the months in which paid channels are most expensive.
In Germany there is a legal peculiarity. According to Section 7 UWG, advertising via email is only permitted to companies with prior express consent. Mass cold emails from US playbooks are not a reliable channel here. This makes it all the more important that buyers find you themselves: via Google, AI answers and the sources they trust.

Buying questions AI answers in this industry.
“What software solves this problem for a company our size?”
“What is the alternative to this established provider?”
“Which startups are there in this area in Germany?”
We ask these questions across ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude and Google, then record which companies are named.
What holds visibility back for Startups & scale-ups.
The domain is young.
No links, no mentions, no history. New sites slowly rank, and established providers appear in AI responses because they are written about.
It is unclear who the content is created for.
Three possible target groups, one website for everyone. Content becomes broad instead of relevant, and no one checks whether the desired ICP is even looking.
Sales depends on the founders.
New appointments arise from networking and evening hours. The site collects visits but not inquiries, and no tool shows where the last customer came from.
How we make Startups & scale-ups visible.
Check ICP and demand
Evaluate search volume, buyer questions in AI systems and the first customers. Result: for which ICP is organically worthwhile and for which outbound.

We start with ICP, inquiries and the findings on the website. After that, the website, content and press run in parallel, with outbound bridging until organically carried out. Starts with three months, can be canceled monthly thereafter.
When we are not the right fit.
Startups almost always postpone SEO because the domain is young and no one knows who to write for. That's exactly why it has to start early: the ICP is clarified through real buyer questions, and authority is built with a young domain through mentions in the press and comparisons, not through masses of texts. Every month of waiting is wasted time.

Common questions about Startups & scale-ups.
Is SEO with a young domain even worth it?
Yes, if you approach it differently than an established provider. Instead of many texts for broad terms, you intentionally build a few pages for buyer questions and at the same time ensure mentions in the press and comparisons. They often work in AI answers before your own pages are at the top of Google.
Who should we make content for if the ICP is still unclear?
For the target group that is demonstrably looking for your solution. We check search volume, buyer questions in ChatGPT and Google and the patterns of your first customers. If a desired target group is not looking, they get outbound instead of content. This is not how you write for readers who never buy.
How do you quickly build authority as a young company?
About third parties. According to Ahrefs, web mentions are significantly more closely related to presence in AI Overviews than backlinks. That's why we start with entries in comparisons and directories, founder quotes in specialist media and our own small studies that editorial teams can take up. Rankings follow later, mentions often come earlier.
How do we get into specialist media and comparisons?
With an occasion and the right contact. We identify the sources that cite AI answers in your category, pitch founder quotes, data or guest posts there and negotiate entries in comparisons. Your own data, such as a small study from your product, is the strongest reason because editorial teams need new numbers.
How quickly does a new website bring in inquiries?
Directly via outbound and recommendations, because the page then generates appointments instead of just visits. Organic realistic after two to three months. voids.ai, a B2B inventory planning software, saw organic conversions increase 980% in three months, primarily from new pages per use case.
Will you help us build our own marketing and sales team?
Yes. We work with your people in an interdisciplinary manner and determine which roles make sense in which order, write job profiles, sit in selection interviews if requested and train new people in the current systems. This means your team doesn't start from scratch, but rather on a channel that already delivers appointments.
Can startup funding cover this work?
This depends on the program and the approved plan. Some funding covers orders to third parties, others only cover personnel and material costs. We issue offers and invoices in a verifiable manner. You should clarify your eligibility for funding with your project sponsor, ideally before the job starts and the first invoice arrives.
How much does that cost?
A fixed monthly amount for an agreed scope, no hourly billing. We consider a new website to be a separate project. The exact number depends on the channels and speed and is included in the offer in writing after the initial consultation, with a three-month start and monthly cancellation thereafter.
