Services are provided by getSichtbar GmbH to business customers. The German terms govern AI agency work, GEO, AI-powered SEO, content, digital PR, source work, Agentic Purchase, AI booking, Shopify GEO, platform access, billing, customer responsibilities, AI outputs and limitations of third-party systems.

For the sichtbar GEO/SEO Shopify app: the app runs GEO/SEO audits and generates AI content suggestions from the merchant's shop data. Merchants are responsible for reviewing AI suggestions before applying them to their store. Uninterrupted availability of the app, the Shopify ecosystem or third-party APIs is not warranted.
