First the offer, then the visibility.

We check what your market actually searches for and develop your offer toward it. Only then do we build SEO and GEO on top.

What exactly do we do?

Strategic SEO means: search data and AI answers show which service your market buys. We translate that into offer development, site structure and content — instead of gluing keywords onto a finished offer.

AI STRATEGYWhich use case? What does it return?Business caseBuildWaitStopEvery use case gets a number instead of an opinion.

01

Buyer questions

Which of our services does the market actually search for?
Which buyer question can we not answer today?
Which offer deserves its own page?

02

Evidence

Demand analysis from search volume and AI answers
Offer gap list against competitors
Page plan: which service gets which page

03

Outcome

You know which service the market wants, which page it needs and what is not worth building.

Why it matters

Most SEO projects do not fail on technology. They fail because nobody searches for what the page sells.

0

invented numbers

Search volume comes exclusively from the Google Ads API, never from estimate tools or AI output.

1 question

before any text

Does anyone search for this? If not, the page is not built — even if the project would be bigger.

38%

overlap

Share of pages cited in AI Overviews that still rank in Google's top 10 (Ahrefs, early 2026, down from 76%). SEO and GEO need separate decisions.

2 systems

one strategy

Every offer decision is checked for Google and for AI answers — the citation logic differs.

SEO for an offer nobody searches for.

Ordering texts first and hoping for demand later builds pages for zero search volume. We have had this case: a client wanted service pages for buying occasions nobody searches. The answer was not more text but a different offer.

Pages rank but no inquiries arrive.
The blog grows, revenue does not.
Nobody can say which service the website should sell.
Competitors own terms you invented.

Search data as strategy consulting.

Search volume, buyer questions and AI answers are market research that is already paid for. We read from them which service your market buys, what it calls it and what is missing. That produces an offer decision first — and a page only after. That is the difference between strategy consulting and text production.

Result

AI should not just find your company. AI should understand when your offer fits.

From market to page.

Four steps, every decision tied to data.

01

Read demand

Search volume via the Google Ads API, buyer questions from AI systems.

02

Sharpen the offer

Which service meets demand? What is missing, what gets cut?

03

Build structure

Every purchase-relevant service gets its own page with a clear job.

04

Measure

Rankings, inquiries and AI mentions per service page.

What work does it involve?

Demand analysis with real search volume
Offer and positioning consulting
Page architecture for services and audiences
Briefings or finished pages, depending on setup
Per-page measurement after launch

What do you receive?

Demand report with search volume per topic
Offer recommendation with reasoning
Prioritised page plan
Implementation or briefings

Who is this for?

You can actually develop your offer.
You accept that data may also say no.
You want to measure revenue, not collect rankings.

Who is this not for?

You only want a report and no implementation.
You expect a guaranteed mention in one exact AI answer.
Your offer is not clear enough to recommend yet.

When is this service strongest?

Your website does not sell what your sales team sells.
You want to launch new services on data, not gut feeling.
SEO budget has been spent before — without measurable revenue.

What is this often confused with?

SEO agency

Optimises what exists. We first ask whether the offer is right.

Strategy consulting

Delivers slides. We deliver the decision plus the pages that follow from it.

Keyword tool

Shows volume. We translate it into offer, structure and implementation.

What does it require?

Start with demand analysis and offer review.
Decide together: build, change or leave.
Then implementation through our service page system.

What do people ask most?

What makes strategic SEO different from normal SEO?

The order. Normal SEO optimises a finished offer for search terms. We first check whether the offer meets demand — and change the offer instead of the texts if needed.

Where does your search volume come from?

Exclusively from the Google Ads API. We never use tool estimates or AI-generated numbers as a basis for decisions.

What if there is no search volume for our service?

Then we say so. Some offers are recommended or actively sold rather than searched — then AI answers, press work or sales beat a service page. This honesty saves the most expensive SEO: pages nobody searches for.

Does this require a website relaunch?

Rarely. Usually structure and individual pages change, not the whole website. A relaunch without demand analysis is the most expensive way to keep the same problem.

How fast do we see results?

The demand analysis is done in two to three weeks. First movement per new page usually shows after four to eight weeks.

Should this service come first for you?

One call is enough to see the rough direction: website, content, sources, product data or measurement.
