Patients are looking for the treatment, not the practice.

Before the appointment, the question is about the treatment: How does it work, how much does it cost, what does the insurance company pay, how long does it take to heal. These questions are increasingly being asked of an AI first - and answered from portals, forums and advice sites, rarely from the practice website.

Whether dentistry, orthopedics, dermatology or physiotherapy: the leverage lies in a separate page for each treatment, in traceable authorship by the practitioner and in a clean local basis. When it comes to health topics, search systems check the professional background particularly strictly.

What changes

  • Your practice will be mentioned when someone in your area asks about one of your treatments.
  • Each treatment has its own page with the process, duration, costs and aftercare - instead of a list of services.
  • The practitioners are visible with qualifications, the signal that counts most when it comes to health issues.

What we do for Practices & healthcare.

Pages per treatment

Process, duration, costs, health insurance benefits and aftercare - the questions that patients ask before the call are fully answered.

Make practitioners visible

Profiles with qualifications, focus areas and areas of responsibility, linked to the treatment pages. Anonymous health content is not suitable as a source.

Local basis

Google Business Profile, directories and website with identical information, plus structured data for practice, locations and practitioners.

Reviews and portals

Presence in the portals that cite AI systems in health searches and factual responses to reviews.

Patient information instead of hype

Content that meets the Medicinal Advertising Act and still answers the question. Promises have no effect here either legally or in AI answers.

Check appointment route

What good is visibility if booking appointments on your cell phone fails? We measure the path from the question to the enquiry.

How are practices recommended by AI?

Health is one of the most AI-savvy categories. According to HubSpot State of AI (2025), 41% of research in this area comes from AI assistants - only SaaS and tech are higher. At the same time, the average visibility score for doctors and practices is low at 22 out of 100: a lot of demand, little verifiable supply.

The reason is usually not a lack of will, but rather caution. The German healthcare advertising law and professional regulations set strict limits, and in case of doubt, a list of services without content is created. Factual information is expressly permitted: range of services, qualifications, process, duration, costs. Promises of healing and misleading comparisons are prohibited.

For AI systems, it is precisely this factual level that is the citable material. Anyone who transparently describes the process and costs of a treatment answers the questions that patients actually ask - and becomes a useful source. A page that only claims “state-of-the-art procedures” provides nothing on which to base an answer.

In practice, this means: one page per treatment instead of one general page. This includes the process in steps, realistic duration, cost framework including reimbursement situation, possible risks and the question of when treatment does not make sense. At first glance, this last information seems detrimental to business and in practice it is one of the strongest signals of trust.

The second block is consistency across portals. Appointment portals, rating platforms, Google profiles and your own website must state the same priorities, office hours and services. Deviations almost always arise unintentionally, for example after taking over a practice or starting a new treatment - and often remain for years.

In the end, it is not visibility that is measured, but rather the appointment. That's why the path from the treatment page to booking an appointment is the same work: accessible without searching, without form hurdles, on the smartphone in just a few steps. Without this path, more visibility just creates more phone calls at inconvenient times.

A word about authorship: Content in the health sector should be clearly identified by the practitioner, with name, qualifications and function. This is professionally clean and at the same time the strongest factor of trust towards patients and towards AI systems, which weight statements from a named specialist significantly differently than anonymous texts.

Buying questions AI answers in this industry.

“Which practice in my city specializes in X?”

“What happens during treatment Y and how much does it cost?”

“When do I have to go to the doctor about this?”

We ask these questions across ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude and Google, then record which companies are named.

What holds visibility back for Practices & healthcare.

Treatment pages that explain nothing.

A list of achievements with no answers. Patients ask about the process, duration, costs and risks - anyone who doesn't answer will not be quoted and will be asked the same thing three times during the consultation.

Legally sensitive territory.

German healthcare advertising law and professional regulations set limits. Many agencies don't know them - and produce texts that are at best criticized and, at worst, warned off.

Consistency across portals.

Jameda, Doctolib, Google, own website: different information on services, office hours and focuses make the practice an unsafe candidate for AI.

How we make Practices & healthcare visible.

Research patient questions

Real questions from search data and AI systems, per treatment; not from gut feelings.

Build treatment pages

Process, duration, costs transparently and factually, within the framework of advertising law.

Align profiles

Consistent information about portals, Google profile and website.

Measure

Mentions of local treatment questions, separately for each service - and appointment enquiries as the actual target.

How working with us goes.

Four steps from the first call to ongoing delivery. The process is the same for every service.

  1. First call

In 15 minutes we clarify your category, your goal and where you stand in Google and in AI answers today.

  2. Analysis

Our platform runs real buying questions through ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude and Google and shows which providers get named and which evidence you are missing.

  3. Plan

You receive a prioritised plan with sequence, effort and expected impact. Then you decide whether we work together.

  4. Delivery

We implement, measure mentions, rankings and traffic every month and report in a shared Slack channel.

What you get.

Everything that follows remains within the scope of what the German healthcare advertising law and professional regulations allow. The technical approval is yours, the structure and text work is ours.

Patient questions per treatment, collected from search data and AI answers instead of gut feelings.
Treatment pages with process, duration, cost framework and risks - formulated factually, without promises of healing.
Comparison of information via portals, Google profile and website, including office hours and focal points.
Response templates for reviews, including critical ones - without purchased counter-reviews.
Measurement of responses to local treatment questions and appointment enquiries as the actual target variable.

When we are not the right fit.

We don't do practices that want to buy reviews or formulate promises of healing.
Clinics with their own marketing department and ongoing agency - we only provide selective advice.
Practitioners without time for technical approval: No medical text goes live with us without review.
When it comes to health issues, restraint is not a disadvantage, but rather an advantage. Factual information about the process, duration and costs is permitted, and it is exactly what is quoted. Marketing superlatives are not only risky in this industry, they also work worse.

Common questions about Practices & healthcare.

Are practices even allowed to advertise like this?

Factual information is permitted and desired: range of services, qualifications, processes, cost framework and risks. Promises of healing, misleading comparisons and guarantees of success are prohibited. It is precisely within this framework that we work - in case of doubt, more conservatively than necessary, because a noncompliant page costs more than a carefully formulated one ever earns.

Does this bring more patients or just visibility?

Visibility is a means, not a goal. The measurement is based on appointment enquiries - which is why booking appointments and the conversion path are part of the work and not part of a follow-up project. In concrete terms, this means: accessible booking from any treatment page, without having to go to the homepage, and a form that can be filled out on the smartphone in under a minute.

Do you write the medical content yourself?

We design, the technical approval remains with the practice. No medical text goes live without being checked by the practitioner - this is not a formality, but a prerequisite for cooperation.

How do you deal with negative reviews?

With answers, not with attempts to delete. A factual, friendly reaction to criticism is publicly visible and is read by AI systems. We reject purchased counter-reviews.

How long should treatment pages be?

Typically 1,200 to 1,800 words. Shorter pages offer too little substance, much longer ones are only partially evaluated by AI systems - according to Dejan.ai (2024), the recorded coverage drops to around 13% for over 3,000 words.

Is it worth it for a small practice?

Often yes, because local competition for AI visibility is still low. But first we check whether there is any capacity for additional patients - without that, more visibility is no gain.

How do you measure success?

On appointment enquiries, not on visibility points. We also keep a monthly record of which treatment questions the practice is mentioned in AI answers to and which sources are cited there. Both together show whether the work is being received or is just visible.

What doesn't this solve?

Everything outside of your website: reviews are created by patients, entries on portals follow their rules, and professional reputation grows slower than any site. We are preparing these areas and identifying open gaps, but they are their own, slower lever.
