SEO and AI visibility for IT providers & systems integrators.

IT buyers ask AI for providers who meet a specific requirement: industry, system and compliance. A dedicated answer to that requirement is more useful than a generic claim about IT services.

The question is about the requirement, not about IT support.

IT decision-makers rarely search in general terms. They are looking for someone who knows their industry software, who meets the requirements of their regulated environment, who has already completed a specific migration. These questions are narrow; and easy to answer precisely because hardly anyone does the work for them.

Whether system house, managed services, cloud migration or support for an industry solution: The leverage lies in separate pages for each industry and per service, in compliance information that you can read, and in documented projects. Collection pages answer none of these questions.

What changes

  • You will be mentioned when someone is looking for a service provider for their industry and system.
  • Response times, certifications and data location are legible on the page instead of in a PDF.
  • Your industry expertise is named instead of disappearing behind the word “medium-sized companies”.

What we do for IT providers & systems integrators.

Pages per industry served

Practices, law firms, production, trade: one page per industry, with the systems, requirements and processes that apply there.

A page for each service

Managed services, migration, security, support, backup: one page each with scope, process, response times and price range.

Make compliance legible

Certifications, data location, emergency processes and contact people as a separate page. Downloading doesn't answer any questions.

Document migrations

Completed projects with initial situation, procedure and result - the strongest material in this industry and the least published.

Local basis

On-site capability remains a criterion. Identical information about website, Google profile and directories, plus structured data per location.

Show vendor partnerships

Partner directories and manufacturer certification sites are third-party sources that are cited in your niche; and usually remain unused.

How are IT service providers recommended by AI?

IT services are a business of trust and requirements at the same time. People rarely ask about “IT support”, but rather about the combination: who supports medical practices with the respective practice software, who can migrate a specific industry solution, who meets the requirements for data protection and reliability in a regulated environment. These questions are specific - and that's exactly why they're good to answer.

The segment ranks at 20 out of 100 for B2B service providers in the industry benchmark. It is also the segment in which we see the highest individual value in our measurements: a specialized IT service provider with a clear industry focus achieves significantly more than the average because the questions are narrow and the competition for them is thin. Specialization beats reach particularly clearly in this industry.

The usual error is the collection page. “Managed Services, Cloud, Security, Support” on one page does not fully answer any of the four questions. Google AI Mode breaks down a query into eight to twelve sub-questions, with only around 12% overlap with the classic Google top 10. Anyone who offers a collection site is practically not represented in this ranking.

The second point is compliance as a selling point rather than a footnote. In regulated environments; healthcare, finance, government; data protection, data location, certifications and response times are the real decision criteria. Anyone who answers it on a separate page instead of hiding it in a PDF answers the sub-question that actually counts in purchasing.

There is also the local component. Many IT service providers work within a radius, and on-site capability is a real criterion. This means: identical information on name, address and telephone via website, Google Business Profile and directories, plus pages that specify the area of application. Contradictory information is not a cosmetic defect, but rather a reason for systems to prefer the more reliable source.

And finally, the evidence counts. A completed migration project with the starting point, procedure and result is the strongest material there is in this industry - and the least published because releasing it takes work. That's exactly why it works.

Buying questions AI answers in this industry.

“Which IT service provider supports companies like ours?”

“Who can migrate and maintain our industry software?”

“What response times and certifications are guaranteed?”

We ask these questions across ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude and Google, then record which companies are named.

What holds visibility back for IT providers & systems integrators.

Everything on one general page.

Managed Services, Cloud, Security, Support; four topics, one page, no answer. There is no suitable page for the specific requirements of a decision-maker and nothing citable for a system.

The industry expertise is nowhere.

You have been looking after practices, law firms or production companies for years, but the website speaks of “medium-sized companies”. This means that the exact classification that is being asked for is missing.

Compliance hidden in the PDF.

Certifications, data location, response times and emergency processes are the criteria on which the decision depends. As a download, they do not answer any questions - neither for buyers nor for systems.

How we make IT providers & systems integrators visible.

Separate industries

One page for each industry covered, with the systems, requirements and processes that apply there.

Give each service its own page

Managed services, migration, security, support: one page each with scope, process and price range.

Make compliance visible

Certifications, data location, response times and emergency processes as a separate, readable page.

Document projects

Migrations and rollouts with initial situation, procedure and result; released or anonymized.

How working with us goes.

Four steps from the first call to ongoing delivery. The process is the same for every service.

  1. First call

In 15 minutes we clarify your category, your goal and where you stand in Google and in AI answers today.

  2. Analysis

Our platform runs real buying questions through ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude and Google and shows which providers get named and which evidence you are missing.

  3. Plan

You receive a prioritised plan with sequence, effort and expected impact. Then you decide whether we work together.

  4. Delivery

We implement, measure mentions, rankings and traffic every month and report in a shared Slack channel.

What you get.

We start with the question of which industries and requirements you really cover and measure who is mentioned in these questions today. This determines what will be built first.

Measuring the questions about providers of your industries and systems, per AI system and with the cited sources.
One page for each industry covered, with the systems, requirements and processes that apply there.
One page per service with scope, process, response times and price range.
Compliance page with certifications, data location, emergency processes and contact people - readable, not downloadable.
Clean local basis and structured data per location, plus monthly review per provider question.

When we are not the right fit.

Service providers without an industry or system focus - then the question that could occupy your page is missing.
If you don't want to give response times or price ranges. That's exactly what the decision depends on.
Full order books with no capacity for new care contracts.
IT service providers underestimate the impact of industry expertise. “IT service for medical practices” wins against “IT service for medium-sized businesses” because it answers a question. And the certificates belong on a readable page, not in a PDF - nobody is looking for them there, and certainly nobody can cite them.

Common questions about IT providers & systems integrators.

We serve all industries. Should we really commit?

Not on offer, but on the website. It's enough to describe the two or three industries in which you have the most experience. This doesn't exclude anyone - it just finally gives systems and decision-makers an indication of what you stand for.

Are we even allowed to show customer projects?

With approval, yes, almost always anonymized. Industry, size, initial situation, systems used and result are sufficient for a reliable case. When it comes to security-relevant details, we deliberately leave out what is not public.

Why create a dedicated compliance page?

It answers one of the most frequently asked questions in purchasing. Certifications, data location and response times are decision criteria; As a PDF download, they are invisible to systems and inconvenient for interested parties.

Does location still count when a lot of things are done remotely?

Yes. On-site capability continues to be a criterion in this industry, and local signals work accordingly. The prerequisite is that the information is identical everywhere - contradictions between the website, Google profile and directories weaken more than the location helps.

When will we start seeing results?

For narrow industry issues, usually four to eight weeks per page because the competition there is thin. For general vendor questions, it takes longer because directories and listicles dictate the answer; then it's a matter of getting featured there first.

Do we need a new website for this?

Mostly not. There are missing pages and clear information, no new design. If the page is slow or queries cannot be answered properly, that's part of it - but a relaunch without any work on the content only postpones the problem.

How do you measure progress?

For each provider question, we track monthly which service providers are named and what the answer is based on, as well as rankings and inquiries per industry site. Care contracts are the late indicator, the mentions are the early indicator.

What doesn't this work solve?

It does not replace technicians or service quality. If response times are not maintained in practice, more visibility will tend to increase the problem - reviews and recommendations work quickly and permanently in this industry.
