The role works closely with the founder and directly in the market: clear ICPs, clear diagnoses, clear closes.
What you own
Sharpen ICPs, build clean lists and create qualified conversations.
Run diagnosis calls and make AI visibility understandable as a buying issue.
Drive follow-ups, proposals and objections through to close.
Bring product and positioning feedback from real sales conversations back into the team.
What good looks like after 90 days
You have built a reliable pipeline of your own, not just founder leads.
The first deals have closed through your process.
Messaging, objection handling and call structure are noticeably sharper than today.
Must-haves
You can run B2B conversations without hiding behind buzzwords.
You write messages that sound human and get replies.
You like speed, direct market feedback and high ownership.
You want to sell, not just manage meetings.
Nice to have
Experience in founder-led sales, agency sales or B2B SaaS.
Understanding of SEO, content, demand generation or AI topics.
Confidence with CRM hygiene, sequences and clean forecasting.
